- Battery Safety Instructions:
- Battery Installation: This product does not come with batteries. It requires 1.5V AAA batteries (3 for Cyno, and 2 for Klee, Xiao, Yae Miko, Wriothesley). Assemble the batteries as follows: use a screwdriver to unscrew and remove the battery cover. Insert the batteries correctly and fasten the cover tightly.
- Non-rechargeable batteries cannot be charged.
- Rechargeable batteries must be removed before charging.
- Do not mix different types of batteries or old and new batteries.
- Insert the batteries with the correct polarity.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the figurine.
- The battery terminals must not be short-circuited.

1. Returns for Standard Products without Quality Problem
Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the delivery date. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for standard products without quality problem. The shipping fee is depends on your location and the shipping company you choose.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Returns for products with quality problem
Customers have the right to apply for return within 7 days after the receiving day for products with quality problem
we will be responsible for the shipping fee whatever cost.

Refunds
- Returns for standard products without quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
- Returns for standard products with quality problem, customers will be refunded what you have paid for the item and the return shipping fee within 7 days after we receive your returned item. The original shipping fee is not refundable, we have the right to deducted the original shipping fee when make the refund after we receive your returned item.
